Grants

Grant Criteria

Individual grants are limited to 1 per person and capped at $1000.
Must be a current wheelchair user
Grants are limited to equipment, home modifications, home respite. (Excluding living expenses)
A quote/invoice will be required.
Grants will be paid directly to the vendor (except in rare approved circumstances).
Grant applications must be filled out completely to be considered.
If the requested item is a covered benefit through insurance, a written denial from the insurance company or an explanation of why additional funds are needed is required.
Funding is limited, so please be aware that all that apply will not receive funding.
Our goal is to provide you with a decision within a week of receiving a complete application with funds provided shortly there-after.
